Terms & Conditions

We love our customers and are always happy to share our products with new shops!

Here’s the brief terms and conditions we have. 

1. Minimum Order Value

We currently have a minimum order value of £120. This is for the total of your order before VAT and Shipping.

2. How to place order

• Submit your order via our wholesale site or contact us for bespoke or very large orders
• You must be a registered user to use this site. It is for wholesale customers only. If you have not yet registered please go to the web site, click on "Log In" then "Create New Account". Follow the prompts and submit your information. You will then be able to log in and see the prices.

3. MSRP

Products or goods purchased do not have a set MSRP. We allow your to set your own prices as you see fit.

4. Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP. You can switch the currency on our site to your desired currency. You will receive your Vat invoice after your order payment has been completed. International customers are not charged UK Taxes but might have to pay customs fees to their own country.

5. Returns

Returns must be made in writing directly to anni@funkysoapshop.com within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer. Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it.

6. Payments

We accept all payment methods including bank transfer and Paypal. If your order is bespoke we will send you an invoice manually and you can pay into our account. Otherwise the invoice will be sent to your email address after your payment.

7. Shipping

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. For bespoke order will will submit your shipping quote on the invoice.

8. Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and report within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

9. Delivery Window 

Please allow at least 2-4 weeks from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact me for information about availability.

10. Shipping International Orders

Please be aware that we will not charge UK Taxes on your order. But you might be charged customs or processing fee by your own country. This charge is not collected by us but by your countries government.
